Payment and refunds

Cash 
By cash at our store's register. After product availability confirmation by our manager you will need to come to our office at the notified address, pay for and receive the products. After the purchase you will get a cashier's and sales receipts.
Debit card
Click the button "Payment by card" in order to pick payment by a debit card. All of the payments are executed by the following payment card services:
VISA International, Mastercard Worldwide, JSB.

For payment (your requisites input) you will be transferred to the payment system. Connection with the payment system and information transfer is performed in a secure regime with the use of SSL encrypting protocol. In case your bank supports secure online-payments execution Verified By Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, J-Secure - you might also need to input a single purpose password for the payment execution.
Our website supports a 256-bit encryption. Input information will not be disclosed to third parties. Execution of payments via debit cards is processed in strict conformity with payment systems Visa Int., MasterCard Europe Sprl, JSB requirements.

Refunds and exchange 
 
Returns of the products of inadequate quality:

• In case of inadequate quality of a product, missing units or mismatch we will conduct a refund or an exchange.

• In case of discovery of mechanical defects upon receival or significant mismatch between the product and the product description you can disclaim a product.

Instruction for the product receival:

• Carefully inspect the product upon receival. Make sure the color and size are correct, the set is complete, the product matches the description and the quality is satisfactory.

• Take a photo of defects or a mismatch if there are any.

• If upon the product receival a defect which appeared not by your fault has been discovered, you received the wrong model or the product doesn't match its description - we will exchange the item or execute a refund as long as you provide us with the  description of the discovered defect in written form within 14 workdays from the moment of receival of the product.

• Exchange or refund is executed only after arrival to and inspection of the item quality and condition by our specialists at our warehouse in Tyumen city.

• For a refund it is required to fill an application. You must attach a document confirming terms of purchase and the fact of purchase of the product (cashier's and sales receipts) to the application.

Returns of the products of proper quality: 

• If you found the product unsuitable you can return it within 14 calendar days from the moment of receival with an exception of the products not liable for refund.

Products not liable for refund:

• Items made by an individual request which match the quality and characteristics approved by the customer. (Those products are not liable for exchange or refund as stated in the enactment 26.1 of the consumer protection law).

• Items supplied disassembled and later assembled by the customer.

• Items of an adequate quality under condition of the loss of marketable appearance of the item or its packaging, loss of consumptive qualities or absence of the documents confirming the fact of purchase of the item (cashier's and sales receipts). Refund of an item of an adequate quality is possible in case of preservation of the marketable appearance (package, tags, seals), consumptive qualities and documents confirming the fact of purchase and the terms of purchase of the item (cashier's and sales receipts).

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

• If the product fitting consists of several components you must return all elements. Only products of a full fitting are liable for a refund!

• In case you wish to return the product after it has been delivered you must self-sufficiently arrange a shipment to our warehouse in Tyumen city, where the item will be accepted after inspection of its condition and fitting.

• ​In case of return arranged from the regions of Russia, Kazakhstan or the Republic of Belarus: you will get a full refund, however the cost of the delivery back to our warehouse will be fully on you according to the enactment 26.1 of the consumer protection law.

Refund terms:​​​​​

• Funds will be transferred to your account within 5-30 workdays (duration depends on conditions of the bank which issued your card) from the day of receival of the item, inspection of its quality and condition at our warehouse and receival of the application for a refund (under the condition of properly-filled documents).

• Terms of exchange of the items depend on stock availability and are individual for each item.

• You can confirm the terms of each item with our managers. 

Refund or exchange application:

• Fill the refund application form. (The form can be requested from the store manager).

• Attention! All of the application fields are mandatory.

• We will contact you within 1 workday and confirm possibilities for exchange or terms of refund.
